1 Definitions & Applicability

2 Account Register

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account on eq333. Creating an account using false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be terminated and balances may be forfeited. eq333 may request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification.

• Managing an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account with eq333. We may request a government-issued ID at any time for age verification purposes.

If a minor is found to have created an account, it will be closed immediately and all associated transactions may be voided.

• Must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must be legally eligible to participate in online gaming.
• You must have a bank account or mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Individuals who have not been restricted from gaming due to mental health concerns.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on eq333 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. No additional charges apply to deposits.

Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned. eq333 will never ask you to send payments directly to a personal number — always use the official payment gateway.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from eq333, your account must be fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 500,000.

Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after meeting the required wagering conditions. Requesting a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements may result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus and promotion on eq333 comes with its own terms. Welcome bonuses, cashback, and free spins each have their own wagering multipliers and validity periods.

Each promotion can only be claimed once per player. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended. eq333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
